Welcome to the Agua REGEN website. Below are the Terms and Conditions governing purchases made in our online store, at our factory, or through our home delivery service. By accessing our services and making a purchase, you agree to the following terms:

This website, along with factory and home delivery services, is designed to provide a convenient and efficient shopping experience for purchasing our products. These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to transactions made through these channels and the specified payment methods (Bank Transfer and SINPE Móvil). Any other purchase method or payment form is not covered by this document.
2. Products and Prices
All products available for purchase, including our functional water in various presentations, are subject to inventory availability. The prices indicated on our website and sales points include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices and offers without prior notice.
3. Payment Methods
We only accept Bank Transfer and SINPE Móvil as payment methods for our online, factory, and home delivery transactions. Payment must be completed before product delivery. We do not accept returns or refunds once payment has been confirmed and the product delivered.
4. Delivery Coverage
The home delivery service covers only the Greater Metropolitan Area of Costa Rica (GAM) with an additional cost of ¢4,000 colones. For deliveries outside GAM, shipping will be done by courier with an additional cost of ¢8,000 colones.
5. Delivery Policy
Deliveries are scheduled once payment is confirmed and are subject to the availability of our delivery personnel or courier services. We are committed to making deliveries on agreed dates and times but are not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

7. Warranties and Responsibilities
We ensure that all our products meet the highest quality standards. However, if you receive a product in unsuitable condition, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery to info@aguaregen.com for evaluation.
